I’m the mother of three wonderful kids. I’ve been married to my college sweetheart for 17 years. I’ve worked with at-risk teenagers and special needs adults as a foster parent and nanny for over ten years. I’m now a Postpartum Doula certified with Dona International. All of these experiences have helped shape me into who I am today, and I’m very grateful to be able to support parents in this tender time of bringing home a baby. As a postpartum Doula, I encourage parents to rest, as rest is a critical pathway toward health and wellness. I love to help families transition smoothly when a baby arrives. I’m so happy to be a part of the North Star Newborns community.
