Hello! I’m Caroline, and I’m a registered nurse with experience in postpartum and NICU nursing. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the College of St. Benedict and have been a RN since 2022. I am CPR and NRP certified. My care of families emphasizes compassion, listening, empowerment, and creating calm. Caring for families and empowering them as parents has been the highlight of my career. I have lots of hands-on experience with assisting a couplet in breastfeeding, and teaching how to feed a newborn anyway a family chooses! I enjoy helping with all things lactation. I’m excited to be working with Northstar Newborns and continue providing more personal, one-on-one care for families.
